Las Positas and Modoc Roads Multiuse Path project completed in Santa Barbara

A 2.6 mile multiuse path is now open along Modoc Road. Over a decade in the making, the path connects commuters and riders between Las Positas Road and Calle de Los Amigos.
The path was officially opened Thursday by Mayor Randy Rowse with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
